  • We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS for small to medium parts.

  • Large or bulky items may be shipped via freight carriers.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Small parts (e.g., knobs, switches, filters) generally qualify for flat-rate shipping or standard carrier rates.

  • Large or bulky parts (e.g., washers, refrigerators, ovens) will incur freight shipping charges, which may be higher due to handling and special equipment required.

  • Shipping promotions (like free shipping) may apply to select orders over a certain amount.

4. Shipping Times

  • Small Parts: 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.

  • Medium Parts: 3–7 business days

  • Large/Bulky Parts (freight): 5–10 business days, depending on location and carrier availability.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within the U.S.. International shipping may be available in the future.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some large or heavy appliances may require curbside delivery only.

  • Residential deliveries of oversized items may incur an additional delivery fee if special handling is needed.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.

  • Report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement or refund.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns must comply with our Return Policy.

  • Custom or special-order parts may not be eligible for return.
